For our Marketing department, we are currently looking for a Global Marketing Executive in Barcelona.
 
Your mission is to define and fine-tune the regional marketing strategy for 6 of our markets in collaboration with the regional managers on site.
 
The Global Marketing Executive is also in charge of various large-scale projects aimed at developing the marketing activities of the whole company.
 
Main tasks:
 
  • Defining and optimising our regional marketing strategy for 7 markets (supervision in the development of marketing plans, budget allocation and follow-up, validation of marketing actions, operational support, optimisation and analyses)
  • Operational coordination of marketing actions in collaboration with the Marketing Assistant.
  • Participating in the development of marketing activities and managing various projects autonomously (contests, customer surveys, scholarships, events, partnerships, etc.)
  • Collaborating on various analyses (customer buying cycle, impact of our special offers, etc.)
  • Writing texts, press releases, advertorials and news
  • Support during waves of promotional material printing
  • Competitive analysis and intelligence
  • Updating information on our websites
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations 
Your profile:

Your technical skills
 
  • With a commercial qualification or equivalent, you have a minimum 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position in an international, multicultural environment. A postgraduate degree / qualification in the field of Marketing is an asset
  • You have an excellent command of English (oral and written). Native or full proficiency in German is considered a strong asset. Any other language skills are a plus
  • You have an excellent knowledge of MS Office software tools, in particular Excel and advanced formulas
  • You are comfortable working with figures and have had the opportunity to manage budgets in the past
  • You possess excellent writing skills and can write engaging, compelling texts
  • You have extensive experience in project management with a proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects at the same time
  • You have an all round profile: proven experience in brand creation, brand activation and online marketing 
Your soft skills
 
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and are comfortable interacting with many people from various cultures and countries
  • You are extremely well organised, thorough and responsible
  • You are able to multitask and/or manage several projects at the same time.
  • You know how to find solutions for yourself and work autonomously while respecting the guidelines provided
  • You have the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • You are proactive and have analytical skills

International Admission Officers - French & Belgian Market

We are currently looking for two International Admission Officers for our French and Belgian market to complete our International Admission Centre, based in Barcelona.
 
Job overview
The main function is to manage the follow up of the language stay organisation (before, during and after their stays) once it has been sold.
 
Main functions:
 
  • Processing bookings
  • Managing customers’ files
  • Assisting customers before, during and after their stay
  • Invoicing courses, collecting invoices and ensuring receipt of payment
  • Dealing with problems and special requests
  • Providing personalised advice to each customer, including detailed information regarding every step of the language course
  • Assisting with any special projects or various administrative tasks as assigned 

Your professional skills
 
  • You have at least 2 years’ professional experience in an administrative position, experience of language studies abroad is an asset
  • You possess a Degree in tourism or equivalent qualification
  • You are able to work in an autonomous and organised manner, with a high sense of responsibility
  • Your mother tongue is French and you have a very good command of English (minimum level required: B2)
  • You possess a good knowledge of geography

Stellenbeschreibung:
Die wichtigste Aufgabe der Stelle beinhaltet die  Überwachung der Organisation von Sprachaufenthalten (bevor, während und nach des Aufenthalts), nach Abschluss des Verkaufs des Aufenthalts.
 
Ihre wichtigsten Aufgaben sind:
 
  • Überprüfung der Buchungen in unserem internen Computersystem
  • Überwachung der Organisation von Sprachaufenthalten
  • Korrespondenz/Unterstützung per E-Mail und am Telefon während des gesamten Aufenthalts (vorher, währenddem und nachher)
  • Verwaltung der Daten der Kunden in der deutschen Schweiz
  • Bearbeitung der Beschwerden, der Sonderwünsche und der Änderungen der Buchung 
Ihre beruflichen Kompetenzen
 
  • Ideal, Sie verfügen über eine mindestens zweijährige Erfahrung im Tourismusbereich
  • Sie haben eine höhere Ausbildung in Tourismus oder einem gleichwertigen Bereich

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will lead and manage ESL’s social media strategy and be responsible for our online reputation.
 
Main tasks:
  • You are responsible for the creation of owned Social Media campaigns and managing the Social Media calendar
  • You ensure that Social Media strategy is aligned with the Global Communication calendar and coordinate with the other Marketing areas of ESL communication campaigns
  • You are the owner of non-local Social Media profiles (LinkedIn, Instagram) and point of contact for any Google My Business request
  • You are responsible of overseeing and manage the correct execution of the Social Media plan on all ESL social media profiles in all markets
  • You are responsible for e-Reputation: monitor and report online reviews ratings. Owner of the strategy for further improvement
  • You ensure the quality control and that we follow Social Media best practices

Your profile:
Your technical skills
  • You have a Bachelor’s in marketing or Business Administration and a specific training or a master in social media
  • You have 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position and ideally in an internal and multicultural environment
  • You have an excellent command of English and any other language skills such as Spanish, French or German are an asset
  • Command of Hootsuite or any other Social Media management platform
  • You have proved experience in Google Analytics

Senior Accountant

Job overview
To complete the Accounting department based in our Montreux office, we are looking for a Senior Accountant. According to the company’s standards and deadlines, you will be regularly responsible for the European accounting procedures and will participate in different service improvement projects.
 
Main tasks:
 
  • Account-keeping of the different branches and following up with local trustees
  • Preparation of the providers’ payments
  • Annual closing and monthly reports
